Our People
We work with diverse teams of people in all of our restaurants – nearly 60 employees in all. What our talented staff members have in common is the desire to create, every day, the best possible dining experiences for customers. Our employees are the indispensable ingredient in the unique Early Girl Eatery dining experience.
We value hard work – and fun, too – emphasizing an intra-company atmosphere that fosters the free flow of ideas and suggestions.

Good Food Focused
Since 2001 we’ve sourced the best local ingredients to create delicious farm-to-table and other fresh foods. ‘More than made from scratch’ is our guiding principle. Our focus is local, organic, and seasonal elements to create the best menu selections that are unique to Early Girl Eatery.

Scratch-Made
From our buttermilk biscuits baked fresh daily to our signature gravies and house-made jams, every dish is crafted with care using traditional techniques and premium ingredients.
